We rotate the focus so your body keeps adapting and you never get bored. Some progressions build over weeks — you'll track weights, reps, and times so you can see yourself getting better. Every workout scales to your level. The person next to you might be lifting twice your weight or half of it. The workout is the same. The intensity is yours.
From your first day to your thousandth. Whether you walked into a gym yesterday or you've been training for a decade, the workout meets you where you are. Our coaches scale every movement so you get the right challenge at the right intensity. You don't need to "get in shape" before you start — that's what showing up is for.
Track your progress. You'll get access to our member app where you can reserve class spots, preview upcoming workouts, and — most importantly — log your results. When you can look back and see that the weight you struggled with three months ago is now your warm-up, that's when it clicks.
Fitness friends make getting fit more fun. Just show up and you'll find a vibrant community of individuals dedicated to prioritizing health and fitness. Surrounding yourself with like-minded people can be incredibly motivating and supportive on your fitness journey. To foster connections and friendships, we organize monthly fitness and social events outside of class for everyone to enjoy.
